E1: OVR: One View Report Shows a Blank Screen in Interactive Viewer on BI Publisher 12.2.1.3

UNABLE TO RUN ONE VIEW REPORTS WITH BI PUBLISHER 12.2.1.3 for 9.2.4.1

Like Doc ID 2443596.1.

On BI Publisher 12.2.1.3.0, user is able to save a One View report successfully but cannot run the report successfully. When clicking on One View report, the Interactive Viewer screen opens but remains blank and nothing appears inside.

In edit mode, it gives this error message : Idem for shared reports...

Unauthorized Access: Either you do not have the privilege, or you have not signed in.

The same One View report can be run in BI Publisher Enterprise. The same report works fine in BI Publisher version 12.2.1.2.0.
