"No such file or directory" messages in CRS Alert log after Patch 31748523

Hello, there are hundreds of "No such file or directory" messages in CRS alert log after applying Patch 31748523: GI RELEASE UPDATE 18.12.0.0.0 (everything is working well btw).

Setup: Solaris ON SPARC 64, 11.4.26.75.4 sun4v sparc sun4v with Oracle Rac One Node (both homes patched to 18.12 version).

Also cluvfy comp software -n node1,node2 -verbose reports that problem. I tried run this command on 18.10 version (another DEV env) and it reports just two missing AMD64 files, so problem is 100% after applying Patch 31748523.

In doc 2694905.1 there is any info about this. Is this another bug? Thanks
