Exadata CPU Cores activation log by date

in Exadata General (MOSC) Question

Hello,

We have Exadata 1/8. some years ago we made upgrade at1/4 and oracle support engineer made activate of CPU cores. I can check how many CPU is active "DBMCLI> LIST DBSERVER attributes coreCount" but I am interesting when was it activated.

How to see CPU core activate date?
