How to implmenet Encryption with LDAP When Used Without SSL in Oracle APEX application

Hi,

We have been asked to implement password encryption at APEX end (Version 19.1) by security team and we are currently using LDAP authentication while login to application.

Please suggest steps and methods to implement same.
