Print Messages Not Printing in R42520 consistently

Hello,

We are using 9.2 on TR 9.2.4.2. We have discovered that sometimes R42520 does not print the customer print message on the pickslips. It will print for some customers but not others. Doing a reprint of the order will print the message. So, it is not easy to replicate the issue. It seems like it will be tough to reprint the exact same order list.

I have looked through the posts related to Print Messages but don't see anything related to this problem. I understand I should likely open an SR, but I thought I would start here to see if there is any experience or suggestions from the community.
