All,

Can Provincial tax/ VAT be calculated on a Shipment as a manual or agent action rather than Invoice /Bill ?

I read through the help and did the entire set up and it looks like it works and can be added by a manual/agent action at an Invoice or Bill level but not on Shipment. Is my understanding correct ?
