RU 8 (13.4.0.8) patch can't extract

After downloading de RU 8 (13.4.0.8) Patch 32071974 I am getting a error that it can't extract the files.

Windows cannot open the folder

The compressed (zipped) folder P32071974_134000_Generic.zip is invalid.

How to unzip this file?
