SIM Emergency Price Change not becoming Executed in RPM

Hi all,

I am creating a Price Change in SIM with effective_date = today, but it reaches RPM as 'approved' with create_date = today -1 and effective_Date = today. Also, the price change becomes executed only during overnight batch.

Is this WAD?
