E1 9.2 ESS Emergency Contact Enrollment Event "EC" P054111 does not call Contact Type UDC

In JDE E1 Employee Self-Service, the enrollment event for "EC" - Emergency Contact (uses/calls P054111 - W054111A) and currently it does not let the user choose a "Contact Type" value from the related UDC 01/CT table (father, mother, sister, etc.) on that update screen. Instead of a UDC value pick list option, it only displays a text field in its place that the user can enter some free form text. I don't have any (P085550) form option overrides defined for this event/form and I haven't found an existing bug yet for this item either. Any ideas on why
