BI Publisher Desktop Install Question

According to note 2081680.1: 

Please install new version of BI Publisher Desktop that is now available in OTN for download:

http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/bi-publisher/downloads/index.html

Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 11.1.9.5 for 32 bit Office on Windows (246 MB)

When I go to that page there is no link for 11.1.9.5.

I need this version as my new laptop has Word version 2011 64 bit and I can't get version 11.1.1.9.0 to install. Anyone know where I can get this?

We are currently upgrading to 12.2.10, but that won't be complete until May. Upgrading DB to 19c in January. If I use the latest BI publisher desktop, will I be able to edit templates that were built with the 10g version? I know I couldn't make changes to anything still residing on our 12.1.3 EBS installation, but for going forward I'm hoping using this for the old templates will work.
