How to add flexi column into OTM CRT template.

I am creating a CRT (Carrier Response Template). This template has column call Source Region and Destination Region. But CRT don't have region details column. This CRT is taking data from table x_lane , but this table don't have details of source region or destination region. So I want to use given flexi column from CRT. But CRT has screens et called P_CRT_VIEW but this is not manager layout. This CRT using only servlet URL. So I am not able to user flexi column into CRT.

Any one has idea how to add flexi column on Sourcing CRT template to retrieve source region details & destination region details.
