Does the order of the fields in F0911Z1 Matter? Which field for "Approved/Not Approved"

Good Morning. We use JDE Worlds and I have a question. I'm trying to automate the processing of multiple F0911Z1 files and in doing so I need to add 3 fields VNRE,VNR3 and a field for "Approved/Not Approved". Questions:

1.Does the order of the fields in F0911Z1 matter?

  1. Which field can I use for "Approved/NOT Approved" ? (1 character field is fine)
