Inconsistent results on P30206 and R30440 for Costed BOM inquiry/Reports

JD Edwards 9.2 tools 9.2.3.5 which I believe is current to ~Jan 2020. We are using standard costing (07) and multi-layered Manufacturing BOMs with simple cost components for A1 material, A2 scrap, B1 labour, B2-setup and calculated C4 fixed overhead (% on B1 + B2 labour), XF freight (% of A1 + A2 material).

When I run a Costed BOM Inquiry (P30206), I occasionally get incorrect values in a few item rows for cost components like Labour and Overhead. I verify P30206 column totals against Work With Cost Components (P30026) and when the calculated column totals don't agree - I refresh the P30206 with the Find button and it self-corrects to match the P30026 amounts. Further refreshes maintain the accurate amounts/totals, it only seems to happen on the first Inquiry for a given Item.
