How to get the @HspMbrIndex function into a new Essbase environment?

Hello,

We are working on the 11.1.2.4 to 11.2.3 on premise upgrade. We have a calc script that makes extensive use of the @HspMbrIndex function. In the new environment, the calc script does not compile because the function fails validation.

In the old environment, I can see this function, and a number of other HSP functions, listed under the User Defined Function node in the calc script editor in EAS Console. These functions do not appear in the new environment. How do we bring these functions into the new environment?
