Doc ID 2652946.1 seems to describe a similar issues we are experiencing with a different 2X plan type.

Does the issue described in Doc ID 2652946.1 also apply to other 2X plan types besides plan type 28? We are seeing the same symptoms described here for plan type 23 which is our dependent life insurance.
