Error: Failure of web server bridge: No backend server available for connection

After upgrading the version to 12.2.9, we upload the excel template file of multiple lines to fill a form. But after running few minutes, it appears the error: Failure of Web server bridge: No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

Have anyone ever found this error when upload excel template file? How to check and solve this issue?
