Upgrade database

Hi.

I have currently problem running odacli upgrade-database, it just instantly exits with a java-error nullpointerexception.. I created a SR for it.

But, we really need the database asap so my question is if there is another way we can upgrade the database in ODA? The thing is that ODA need to keep track of the databases in grid and "everywhere" so we need to know that everything is in sync with the ODA. Also we don't want to do an exp/imp because we have more databases to upgrade after this is done.

We are on ODA 19.9, the db is 18.12 and we want to upgrade to 19.9.
