Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Tree Applet - Performance Issue

Hi .... We are on Siebel IP 2019 Patchset 10.

Issue:

Recently application user observed Performance issue while using Tree Applet.

When user is trying to click on ( ...) i.e. next recordset button sometime this folder/button/element is not clickable
Also some times, the response time after clicking on next/previous recordset buttons in tree applet is more than 10 to 15 seconds.

Anyone has come across any performance issue (and fix for it) for Tree applet in Siebel application. Thanks!
