PO_REQLOAD (Load Requisition) AE doesn't populate values from REQ_LOADER_DFL

The Load Requisition Application Engine (PO_REQLOAD) doesn't populate the default values from the Requisition Loader Defaults (REQ_LOADER_DFL). Instead it picks the information from the Requestor setup.

Expectation was when we have the requisition information from External Source which comes with the LOADER_BU and SYSTEM_SOURCE; the remaining information should be picked up from the REQ_LOADER_DFL, but it doesn't.

Let me know if there is a configuration that needs to be turned ON or is this a bug that is fixed in future PUM. I am on 9.2 PUM31
