JAGENT and PMSRVR STOPPED and unable to start

Hi all,

After uncommenting auto restart in my mgr.prm, I used refresh command and all processes in my gg server went down including MGR, JAGENT and PMSRVR. I later noticed there was a typo in the mgr.prm. after removing it and restarting gg service, processes came back up but JAGENT and PMSRVR unable to start. Below is error I find in pmsrvr.log. Any help please?
