W-2/W-2c Consent - Message shown on screen after clicking submit (ESS)

When an employee checks off their selection (either Consent or Withdrawal Consent) and clicks submit, why doesn't it display a "confirmation" message that says something simple like: You have consented to..... Or you have withdrawn your consent....

As delivered, it reverts to the message stored for the opposite response: So if you select and submit a consent it displays the language for the Withdrawal Instructions.

Our business highly encourages electronic consent - and the menu option was added to our electronic onboarding.

I occasionally run queries on that table and can see that new employees are submitting consent, and then turning around and withdrawing consent right away - and sometimes going back the next day and consenting again.
