We have a requirement in Mexico where Employees working more than 8 hours a day gets doubletime and more than 11 hours get tripletime.
Upto 8 = REG
From 8 to 11 = Double Time
From 11 onwards = Tripletime
Employees can ONLY get 9 hours total Doubletime in a week. There is no cap on REGULAR for the week. So if he works 12 hours Day 1, 12 Hours Day 2 and 12 Hours Day 3, and 12 Hours Day 4, His split should be
DAY 1 - 8 REG, 3 DT, 1 TT
DAY 2 - 8 REG, 3 DT, 1 TT
DAY 3 - 8 REG, 3 DT, 1 TT
