Cluster Health Monitor does not seem to work on 11.2.0.4 win 2012 R2

Hi,

I am trying to run CHM but with very little luck (I have newer tried the tool before so it might just be me doing something wrong?) I am running a database that is 11.2.0.4 patch 30502376 running on win 2012 R2 and using GRID infrastructure.

d:\app\11.2.0.4\grid\BIN>oclumon showobjects -n <servername> -time "2020-12-09 16:00:00"

CRS-9011-Error showobjects: Failed to initialize connection to the Cluster Logger Service

Any hints or comments that can help me on are welcome! :-)
