E910 - Barcode Font Setup Failed

Hello

We are trying to install and integrate a new barcode font to work with our BIP output ASN labels.

I have followed both options xdo.cfg setup and RTF template setup outlined in article below but to no avail.

We copied the barcode font to our AIX server folder, setup the MS-Word Broadway font to display the barcode in xdo.cfg and bounced the server.

When this did not work, we removed the xdo.cfg setup and proceeded with Option 2 to use the advanced properties in MS-Word to setup the font at the template level. This did not work either.
