How to delay direct deposit email delivery?

We have been delivering direct deposit pay stubs by email for a while now. The payroll department at my organization wishes that the email didn't go out so early in their process. The email goes out before they receive confirmation from the bank that the file worked. Also if corrections are needed it is too late. Does anyone else have similar problems, or maybe offer some suggestions on what to do? Maybe it is just a timing thing, is it possible to wait until just before final update to email the pay stubs?
