Peoplesoft 9.2 - Time and Labor : Holiday payable time - Not generated

Hello,

We have the winter break for the next biweekly payperiod (12/19/20 -01/01/21), and is not expecting much timesheet activities during this time.

Most of the employees have their TL_TR_STATUS flag set as Not up for processing.

We have a TL rule that generats holiday hours for these employees, but as most of these employees have their flag set as N, Time admin is not picking them up for processing, and the holiday hours are not being generated for them for the next pay period.

Do you have any solution or workaround that you could recommend for this issue?
