Unable to Change Customer Name in a New Release/Sale Order

Hi to All,

We are unable to create a Release/Sale Order from a Sales Agreement...


in this case we change some data in Release i.e.. Customer Detail..

Screens is attached...

Error : ORA-06502 numeric or value error character number conversion error in packages OE_VALIDATE_LINE procedure Valdiate_Blanket_Values


Need your Advice to resolve this issue

Application Version : R12.2.4
