Can't discard PDB SAVED STATE RAC 12.2

Hi, I have a problem which have been reported by ORACHK. I have an Oracle Cluster with 4 nodes. The database version is 12.2 with multitenant .The Cluster is running on Linux RHEL 7.4.

After run an ORACHK report it says that I have a lot of PDB in SAVED STATES ( I didn't save it ).

After check the PDB SAVED STATES I got:
