Late Charges are not reflected on the Transaction screen

Needed to create a NEW Profile Class for a NEW Customer with a NEW Late Charge Schedule.

Below are completed:

1.) Created NEW Profile CLASS

2.) Created NEW Receivables Activity (TYpe: Finance Charges)

3.) Created Interest Tier

4.) Created Late Charge Schedule

5.) Created a Customer Record. Assigned Profile Class and Late Charge created above BOTH on Top level and Site level.

6.) Created Transaction (Invoice) for the Customer created above Ran Late Charges Generate Program in FINAL mode. Returned Late Charges on the Customer as expected.

Went back to the Transactions form in AR, Finance Charge is NOT on the related Transaction.

What could cause this?
