Cannot create response file for BRM_REST_Service_Manager

in Billing and Revenue Management (MOSC)

I'm trying to install BRM_Rest_Service_Manager in silent mode, but the first step is to create a response file with the following command:

java -jar BRM_REST_Services_Manager.jar -getResponseFileTemplates

The comman doesn't create the file and shows the following message:

-bash-4.2$ java -jar BRM_REST_Services_Manager.jar -getResponseFileTemplates

Launcher log file is /tmp/OraInstall2020-12-18_09-19-59AM/launcher2020-12-18_09-19-59AM.log.

Extracting the installer . . . . Done

There are no response file templates for this installer.
