Is kmod-redhat-oracleasm production ready?

Oracle Linux 8.3

Noticed that Oracle has made available a kernel module for RHCK to support Oracle ASMLib (previously only available in UEK6). The RPM is named kmod-redhat-oracleasm from the ol8_baseos_latest repository. Changelog appears to have it originated from upstream.

Looking to see if the RPM is production ready or in a tech preview status? Will this kernel module be supported by Oracle Support? We are planning on using UEK6, but I like to have alternatives as backup.
