We need help.

 I want to Create and Configure a Pluggable Database (PDB) in Oracle 

Database 12c with (DBCA) Database Configuration Assistant.

 I have an image attached to the message


in Select the operation that you want to perform


only has active options

create Database and MAnage templates


The others options grayed out

Manage Pluggable Database option grayed out we need for Create and Configure a Pluggable Database


Configure database options grayed out

Delete Database grayed out

Instance Management grayed out
