Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. BR-type cards are not loaded into Collections

HI.

I have transactions of type BR, that their collection letters are not loaded into Collections.

How can I make them look so that I can follow the collection process for this type of AR document receivable transactions.
