Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. ISO not allowed to update SSD for Jan 21, it always reset to Dec 20

For IR/ISO , We observed that for ISO Whenever we try to update SSD as Jan 21, It got reset to Dec 20 only

IR Need by date is Jan 21.

Can one guide to fix this issue.
