Publishing a Workplan Gives Error "A Required Cost Rate Is Missing". (Doc ID 2009150.1)

Hi

I have Cost and/or Conversion Rates are missing for some planning resources. The summary amounts may not be correct.

I have followed the document

The SQL Gives the Resource name for which

pa_budget_lines.cost_rejection_code = 'PA_FCST_NO_COST_RATE'

However, when I check the Organization Labor Csotig Rule for the Operating unit, the cost rate schedule used ( employee cost rate schedule ) has got Cost Rates Defined for this Employee Resources for the Operating Unit.

I have checked exchange Rates and the exchange rate exist....
