Where can I find valid values for fields in the POI file?

I am looking for the valid values on the 1610 record of the POI file. Record 1610, location 101. For example, i wish to specify a dropship billing address as well as a shipping address so it overwrites the shipping and billing address on the order. I currently have specified "1610HDCUSF100015338_BILLSHIP". I need to know what the correct entry is instead of "BILLSHIP". Thanks!
