How to setup a HSA Account

I am looking for docs on how to setup AN HSA Plan. I have setup the HDHP plans in the health care options. I setup HSA plan with 2 dbas one for the EE contributions and one for the ER contributions. Is there a way to make deposits quarterly or on specific intervals, They do not want to add their contribution all at once. Gosh if anyone can lend a hand the clock is ticking.
