OffBoarding Activity Guide Set Up. Using External web pages

We are currently investigating setting up and deploying the delivered Peoplesoft Fluid Activity Guide Onboarding and Offboarding.

I'm interested to know whether any other member organisations have deployed this functionality and any information or tips you could possibly share?

In particular I'm interested to know how to go about displaying external web page or internal intranet page/URLs either within the fluid activity guide if possible or how the activity guide is set up to route/access them? i.e. what Service Type, i.e. Non-PeopleSoft URL, did you use to set up these steps in the Activity Guide Composer Category and how did you set this up?
