Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Snapshot standby

Hello experts.

Environment (AIX 7.2, RDBMS 19c):

Problem description.

After converting physical standby to snapshot standby database hangs on "open" operation with this alert:

Now I cant to convert it back to physical standby database:

Here it hangs forever.
