Standard warranty got created for an item which is not shipped.why?
Hi All,
We have a scenario occurred, in order, the item is a license item which cannot be shipped. But it is having scheduled ship date populated and also have entries against standard warranty in Bills of Materials.
When the lines got closed, we could see that contract start dates got updated based on the license item(which is not shipped but dates are based on scheduled ship date of line in the order).
Can anyone please let me know if this is standard behavior?
Even if line is not shipped, standard warranty contract can be created based on that item and scheduled ship date is considered for start date and end date?
