Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. I am following upgrade doc steps noted in E73540-10, dont see any references to apply patch 30520625

I am following upgrade doc steps noted in E73540-10, dont see any references to apply patch 30520625(ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE RELEASE 12.2.0: CONSOLIDATED PREINSTALL FIXES FOR ORACLE DATABASE 19C).

Here is upgrade:

Source 1213,Linux OS, DB 19c.

Target: 1229, Linux OS,19c DB

Am I missing any reference note, plz point me to there.
