Are State Tax Changes (Master Solution) documents still being updated?

We recently registered in the state of Wisconsin and after researching tax rates on the Wisconsin Department of Revenue site we have noticed a discrepancy in the tax rate tables on their site and the rates in our tax tables. I was hoping I could use the EPY: Wisconsin State Tax Changes (Master Solution) (Doc ID 975712.1) to determine when rate changes had been delivered for the state to determine if our IT team failed to pick up a patch somewhere along the lines. However that document does not appear to have been updated since 2018. Can someone tell me what the best way would be to be able to track down rate changes delivered for state tax brackets?
