PIC KPI (Protraq) alarm threshold

in Tekelec (MOSC) Question

The system is Oracle Performance Intelligence Center version 10.2.1. 1 box NSP running Oracle Linux 7.5

KPI (Protraq) is configured to send alerts after the alarm threshold of 25 events is surpassed. The former value is 10 and was recently increased to 25 but the alerts are still being sent with respect to the lower threshold value. How do I make the new threshold take effect?
