Healthcare Spending Account election amount was not completely taken on the last check for the year

Some of our employees had an issue where their HSA election amount was not completely taken out on the last check for the year. We have identified what the problem was and have fixed it. But we now have some employees who are short their HSA election amount for the year.

Since the paychecks were sent to the bank, we are passed the point of being able to reverse or adjust the checks.

How can we process the additional $99 deduction for employees that need to reach their 2020 HSA election amount for the year?
