Is it possible, using the Unifier web services, to reference a document in the document manager?

We have a Cost/Base Commit BP and we are in a little predicament. Using the web services, we would ideally like to create the record (Create Complete BP Record) and then update the record (Update Complete Bp Record) to add attachments to the upper form. This will allow us to save a lot of time loading just the record data. However, when done this way the attachment is not automatically published and will require a user to come in a publish each attachment manually. Is it possible to mark it as published in the xml, add this piece to
