can we create dynamic report in hyperion planning application

i started building webform in the classic planning application were the reporting should be done at period level for example i have selected April in the POV then report should display data only from Jan to Apr and ignore the rest of the months and in the scenario dimension we have actual and budgets for different years(like BudFY15,BudFY16) ,if i select year FY15 in the POV then the actual data for the same year and budget data for the same year BudFY15 should show in the report without adding extra column in the report, i achieved this by using dynamic variables but
