Performance degrade with every consecutive run

Hi

I have the 11.2.0.4 database where my application runs. I initiated few processes and it took certain time. I have initiated the same processes and it took more time. It happened the same way even in the next couple of runs. So the first execution and 4th execution the timings have increased by almost 150%. I truncated the tables and initiated the executions. The timings were normal. Can someone guide me on how to understand this and where to start with analysis. This involves multiple tables and packages called in the process.
