Not able to View the Project Number & Template

I have setup the Project Type , Project Number & Template

I have distributed the Labor cost and able to view the Project number from the Expenditure Inquiry window

also I am able to Query the Project Type but unable to see and query the Project Number in Project window and also in Project Template I am unable to create new Project template with the same name created earlier

when I am trying to create the new Project with the same name system is not allowing me to create the template

I am using the correct Responsibility from which the Project was created earlier
