how to find out is streams used or not?

During upgrade from Oracle 11.2.0.4 to Oracle 19c

the Preupgrade.log says.

Remove Streams setup. For detailed steps, refer to the section "Removing an Oracle Streams Configuration"..

Ok, but first at all, before removing, i want to know is Streams is used or not in this database? HOw can i find does this DB and Custormer uses Oracle Streams before removing?
