Is it possible to apply the RDBMS CLONE 12.1.0.2.190716 or 12.2.0.1.190716 on an ODA 19.9 release?

Hello,

If we have/want to reimage our ODA to version 19.9, can we stay at the patch level of the 12.1 or 12.2 home release of the 18.7 ODA patch and upgrade the home at a later time? Or will the ODA version 19.9 not accept the repository import?

Steps: Reimage to ODA 19.9 and download RDBMS Clone 12.1.0.2.190716 or 12.2.0.1.190716 of ODA 18.7 and place it in the 19.9 repository.
